Update your personal data to help UCL tackle barriers in the workplace
Accurate demographic data helps UCL identify the structural and attitudinal barriers that certain groups face in the workplace. It assists us in taking targeted action to remove them and make UCL a fairer and more inclusive employer.
Until 20 August, UCL is conducting an exercise called 'My ID', where we are asking you to review and update your HR Record: www.ucl.ac.uk/hr/services/myhr
In this video, Rex Knight (UCL Vice-Provost (Operations) and Disability Equality Champion), Sarah Guise (Head of Equality Diversity and Inclusion) and Professor Anthony Smith (UCL Vice-Provost (Education & Student Affairs)
and LGBTQ+ Equality Champion) explain more about My ID.
If you have any queries, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not use this email address to send us any personal demographic data.
