The Centre for Planetary Sciences at UCL/Birkbeck held the fifth event in our Adventures in Planetary Science public engagement series online on Thursday 31st October 2024. There were talks from our planetary science experts, followed by a panel Q&A session with the audience. Talks and Q&A featuring Alex Thompson (UCL), Prof Giovanna Tinetti (UCL), Dr Gordon Yip (UCL) and Dr Andrew Rushby (Birkbeck), and hosted by Dr Catherine Regan (West Virginia U.) , are available in this recording.

Our APEX talk this week features Prof Giovanna Tinetti (UCL) with the latest updates from the ESA Ariel exoplanet mission. The Astrobiology and Planetary Exploration (APEX) meetings this term (Jan - Mar 2021), are held fortnightly on Thursdays at 1pm, online with Microsoft Teams. They are an excellent way of keeping abreast with astrobiology and planetary exploration research within The Centre for Planetary Sciences at UCL/Birkbeck and beyond. All those interested in these topics are welcome to attend.
