In this webinar, Vincent Carpentier will offer a historical lens on student mobility at a time when Higher Education (HE) systems and their internationalisation face a series of unprecedented economic, social, geopolitical and environmental challenges.
Vincent will discuss research focused on France and the UK since the 1920s and draws on new historical datasets to explore the long-term dynamics, connections and tensions between the trends and patterns of inward student mobility and the expansion, transformation and institutional differentiation of higher education in both countries.
