This seminar discusses what the BREXIT vote means for global learning both in terms of challenges of education in the context of a global society and specific issues regarding the future practice of development education in the UK. Reference is made to recognizing the ongoing need to promote an understanding of globalization within all sectors of education and how young people particularly need to have the knowledge, skills and values base to effectively engage in the global society within which we live.
