How can we Prevent Sexual Violence in Adolescents?

This seminar will explore the causes and consequences of sexual violence and domestic abuse on young people, specifically in regards to gender-based mental health deficits. Avenues of prevention and early-intervention through education and creative arts-based activity will be explored. Ultimately, this seminar hopes to begin to answer the following question: How can we prevent sexual violence and domestic abuse in adolescents? Our panellists for this event are Prof. Praveetha Patalay, Francesca Bentivegna, and Susie McDonald. This seminar will be chaired by Dr Keri Wong.
