S03E05 Rising Stars Jess is a clinical fellow at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, leading a national project to improve the wellbeing and working lives of paediatricians. She spent 11 years as an NHS doctor, specialising in paediatrics and undertaking research in neonatology. Burnout and mental illness led her to leave medicine in 2019.
